Colour Run

Our popular Colour Run returns in 2026, and we’ll be back painting Harewood Forest a variety of bright colours, all in support of your local hospital.

This fun, vibrant run (or walk) through the forest in Wherwell will be taking place on Saturday 1 August 2026 and is open to all*.

As part of your entry fee, you’ll receive a clean, white charity branded t-shirts to wear while taking part - just don’t expect it to look like that by the end of the course! After a fabulous warm up from the team at Andover Leisure, you’ll make your way along the route where you’ll pass though our colour stations and be covered in splashes of brightly coloured eco-friendly powder paint, thrown by our wonderful our sponsors.

Those taking part will be supporting our local hospitals, and while sponsorship isn’t necessary to take part, any money raise will be used to fund projects that support patients and staff across Andover, Winchester and Basingstoke.

The course itself will take around an hour to complete. Afterwards, you’re welcome to relax with family and friends in our event village where refreshments will be available to purchae.

The route

The route is circular and approximately 5km in length. It and will take you from Wherwell Pavilion, through the Wherwell Estate, around the forest and back down to the Pavilion. Along the route you’ll pass our colour stations where you’ll find our generous event sponsors armed with eco-friendly powdered paint, ready to turn your clean, white t-shirt a variety of vibrant colours.

At the finish line, you’ll be rewarded with a medal for your efforts and refreshments will be available to purchase from a local vendors.

A good pair of trainers or walking boots are advised, as the route is a mixture of pavement and track.

Our valued volunteer marshals and will be available at various points along the route with water and support if you need it.

Tickets

Tickets are priced at £20 per adult and £10 per child. Entry includes a charity t-shirt to take part in and a medal rewarded at the end.

*Owing to the terrain, the course is not deemed to be suitable for those in wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or children in buggies and pushchairs. If the course isn’t right for you, we’d love to welcome you to our event village, where you can relax and explore our stallholders while your group completes the route.
